HMIS System

Hospitals are multidiscipline and complex organizations that include many interdependent functions to effectively and efficiently manage services and resources. To realize sustainability it needs specific design and implementation of its systems according to the location, patient’s requirements, available resources, and operational plan.

Management of a medium to large scale healthcare facility requires consideration of a few factors:

(a)  A hospital of this magnitude cannot be managed manually
(b)  The growth pattern cannot be defined without maintaining proper records
(c)  The overall fault rate grows at exponential rate.

All these factors can be taken care of by a comprehensive Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).  TeleSehat’s HMIS has the following major modules.

  1. Human Resource Management
  2. Patient Registration
  3. Appointment Management
  4. Nursing Station Management
  5. Financial Management
  6. Hospital site Management
  7. System Security and Administration
  8. In-Patient Management
  9. Laboratory Management
  10. Pharmacy Management
  11. Inventory Management
  12. Patient Vital Signs Entry System
  13. Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
